I went with this over a larger full size side by because the other swallowed up my small kitchen and was 5" deeper. This fit my needs perfectly. The in-door ice and water dispenser/maker doesn't use up freezer space like others. It's quiet and the lighting, doors, shelves and storage bins are great. Kudo's to BestBuy for refunding me the several hundred dollars difference without hesitation when I found it on sale in a Best Buy ad only a couple days after my purchase. My delivery and set up team were on time, quick, careful and efficient. I highly recommend this Fridge, Best Buy and their delivery setup Contractors.

We had to purchase a new refrigerator unexpectedly and during COVID which made it hard to find one. I found this one which was a great fit for our kitchen as we needed a Counter Depth. Love all the features wide drawers, the multiple lights in the fridge and freezer that dim and slowly brightened when you open the door. Especially like the can holder, thought this was nice. The refrigerator has a little humming noise which I read about in previous reviews, at first it was noticeably now it’s a low background noise when it’s running then it goes off. Overall I think was a good buy for the price, lots of room and looks nice.

So far I love this fridge. The stainless steel is fingerprint resistant as advertised, I love the counter depth and the filtration system. It can get a bit noisy at times, but overall, a great buy.

We needed a counter depth fridge to fit into our new kitchen. We read alot of reviews and checked ratings on Consumer Reports, Our research led us to this model. Overall, we are very happy with it. It's a great fit in our space and looks very nice. Only thing I've noticed is that the ice maker seems to be a bit on the noisy side when ice drops and is also a little more noisy than anticipated when the compressor kicks on and off. Other than that, happy with the purchase.

Upon delivery the light in the refrigerator did not work and the panel showed error messages. After FOUR unsuccessful visits from the Geek Squad they finally found there was a cut wire under the fridge causing the problem and repaired it. Sheesh. This is a small, counter depth refrigerator. It looks sleek and more expensive than some in the same price range. It does make a lot of strange noises and the condenser makes a very high dog whistle noise that took us about 3 months to get accustomed to. It works for my husband and I but would be too small for a bigger family in my opinion. There is a delay on the ice dispenser shut off so we have learned to hold our cup under the dispenser for a few seconds after because a few more ice chards will inevitably drop after the turn off. We cannot tell a difference between crushed and cubes- ice is always a mix of both. For the price it will serve us reasonably and have no major complaints now that it works properly.

We decided to switch to a counter depth fridge in our new home to give it more of a built-in look, and we are really glad we did! It looks so sleek in our new kitchen and we have more clearance in front of the fridge, between it and the island across from it. Yes it's a bit smaller inside than what we were used to, but this just means we are storing less things that we don't need (like that 5-day old box of pizza...) :) The stainless is gorgeous and really does resist fingerprints, which is super clutch for us. The ice maker works great and I like the smaller cubes it puts out as I'm used to cubes probably twice the size from my old fridge.

This refrigerator looks great and sized perfectly for our 2 person hh. It's a bit loud so best buy was nice enough to comp me for some acoustic tiles I purchased and installed which helped some. The fridge door makes a loud sound as you open it. It always happens in the same spot. The plastic bins are not smooth and wobble as you open and close them even though I waxed them like the rep said to. I put cottage cheese on the top shelf in the back and it froze. Okay at best for an item retailing for $1,600 or so. (Paid $1,200)

It feels like it’s not very roomy but it looks nice. I don’t like the middle drawer since it squeeks loudly every time I open it. It’s not that big of a deal to me but it is annoying. Everything else is good it doesn’t make any other loud noises it’s pretty quiet. And I think that it really does keep the food crispier and fresher than my old one so that’s really nice.

Bought this fridge "floor model" so we got a really good price. I like the brushed aluminium look so it's smudge free. Also nice to be able to lock the controls so the kids can't play with them. The space is a good for a family of 4. The only bad thing I would say is that it's a little noisy when it's making the ice but not loud enough to want to return it.

Great counter depth fridge. Inside is well organized to fit everything we need but as some other reviews indicate, at times it can be noisy, but doesn’t bother me that much and only for short periods of time. Overall recommend easily 5 stars w.o minor noise issue

It has enough features to compete with some of the more expensive options at half the price. There was a whistling noise that other reviewers mentioned but it went away/wasn't noticeable after a few days. The fridge cools, freezes, fits much better than the standard sizes, and does what it's supposed to do.

The unit looks good, runs quietly, and the interior offers tremendous storage. A great value for the money. The only thing that might be improved is using a heavier weight plastic for the drawers so they would feel more substantial.

This is a counter depth fridge at a very reasonable price. Many complain that it is noisy, but I think it is about the average noise for fridge. The drawers are a little cheap, but otherwise a very good value.

I got this fridge at a great discount because I got the open-box one, so the price was good. I have another fridge in the garage so this one is large enough for my family. It has a lot of space and is really nice.

Purchased this refrigerator when our beloved 27 cu. in. Whirlpool could no longer be repaired. The space for our refrigerator is surrounded by cabinetry, and this counter-depth model fits in perfectly like a Sub-Zero model. I don't know how Frigidaire does it, but this 22 cu. in. model holds as much as our old fridge, and this stainless steel does not show finger prints. Another reason we selected this model is because the ice maker is on a shelf and not built into the door. The only minor complaint we have is that the water dispenser water is at room temperature, so we just add ice.

It was hard to find a true counter depth refrigerator to replace the one we had. This fit the bill perfectly. Lots of features, nice display, water filtration, air filter, in door ice and water. Like the small ice cubes they stack in a glass nicely. Only 2 minor complaints. Gallon jug storage in door limited to 1 shelf and in my opinion ice production is bit slow. That said family of 4 using a lot of ice so it never got a chance to fill the ice bin. Overall great purchase, quality finish and appearance.

Shopping for a new ref was constrained by a whole lot of expenses that comes from buying a new home. That meant we had to scale down our likes for new new ref which would replace an older but working ref (relegated to garage). This ref offered functions and features that interested as such as open door alarm, touch control, fingerprint resistant, frost free, door ice and water dispenser, ice bin, quiet motor, enough shelf spaces for its size, plenty of lights in both freezer and ref, problem free as a whole. It's good for a small family needs though we use it in tandem with our old ref. Controls are a bit more on the manual side unlike comparable brands, though. It's a counter depth so we did not expect much shelf space. We hope that this ref continues to be trouble free.

We bought this fridge for two reasons: (1) we needed a counter-depth model, and (2) we liked the idea of "smudge-proof" stainless steel. After about six weeks, we have no complaints. It's a bit on the small side because it's counter-depth, but that was expected. The smudge-proof stainless works as advertised. It wipes off very easily and doesn't retain stains or hand prints. It's not quite as slick as the smudge-free stainless I've seen on other models, but it beats the heck out of traditional stainless. Some people have mentioned the high-pitched sound the unit makes at times. It's true -- ours does it, too. But our kitchen is separate from the living area, so we rarely hear it. I guess if you're hyper-sensitive to sound, it may bother you.
