Hi, Robin! Thanks for your inquiry and for bringing this up. If you're looking to connect the wash to the kitchen sink through draining, we advise a standpipe or wall drain with a minimum height of 33 inches. The drain hose must be secured in place with cable tie (shipped in drum).
