How do u drain?. I prefer a slide out thingy. The hose on the hair model was not workable. Big mess on floor. My old soleus I sold before a big move be was wonderful. null

Hello Alal. During the dehumidifying mode, you will need a garden hose (sold separately) to drain the condensate from the unit. The drain port is located in the rear towards the middle of the air conditioner. A drain hose is not required when using the Cool mode. Kindly, Anna
