No hose, just an adapter for a hose you buy separately. Yes it is only 25 pounds or so and it has a built in handle that makes it easy to carry.

No hose comes with it. You want to get a light weight from a camping store if you use a hose. The bucket built in will hold the 50 pints but shut off once it is full. Heavy when full of water but one person can pick it up.
