• All the zip ties come off just don’t damage any lines

• Hey there! Thank you for your inquiry. After viewing the Installation Guide, we were able to see that it is recommended to remove the packaging and plastic ties prior to installing. So that you are able to view a visual of the items that need to be removed, please view your Installation Guide and follow the instructions on page 3. • None of them. There is another model above this which ties some accessories to the inside of the AC, but this model does not require any zip tie removal.
