“Is there a drain hole, for the condensation and rain water, and where is it located?”

• There is not, and the manual states that if you drill one it will void your warranty on the product. I thought this was strange but will see how it works. I have only had mine less than a month.

• I have had my unit in for 1 year and the bottom of the tray is 1/2” thick or more with nasty stuff. I won’t run it until I figure out how to drain and clean. Any suggestions
