Yes, the handles can come off, I preferred that to taking off my door & storm door. They were very accommodating.

Yes, you can remove the handles. There are 4 set screws. The depth is about 28" with the handles removed. The frig is delivered new without the handles attached.

Yes, the door handles can be taken off if they are already on. Mine came without the handles on so it fit through my small doors. I know the outer doors can be taken off too if there is an issue.
