“I don’t know if I’m missing something but my unit will turn off after 20 mins of driving and it’s fully charged with a 128GB so card. It also won’t turn on if it’s plugged in. I’m wondering if I got a faulty unit.”

Garmin's Dash Cam devices have a Display Timeout setting which will automatically dim the display of the device after a period of inactivity. The device will continue to record video even while the screen is dimmed (indicated by a red light), provided the microSD card remains in the device and the device remains powered on.
