• I do when I am parked in my motorhome. I connect using the garmin app and select the camera’s wifi. So I would say yes as long as you are connected to it’s wifi, range may be your issue. Not sure if cloud based access is available

• The live video footage can be viewed from your dash cam using the Garmin Drive App. The dash cam establishes a Wi-Fi connection with the phone to display a live video feed so you can adjust the position of the camera. Recording and alerts are disabled while viewing live footage.
