Yes!! Just connect your camera to your computer with supplied USB - USB-C cable and you can down load videos. Only draw back that I found out is that you must down load all videos to computer for clearing sim card!!! You can not delete from sim card directly. But you can review videos and delete from the app on your phone while next to the camera on dash!!
