A soft reset can help by forcing the device to reboot. Connect the device to a power source with a USB cable, vehicle power cable, or an AC adapter. Press and hold the power button for 10 to 15 seconds. If you’re unable to get the device powered on, Garmin Product Support would be happy to offer additional assistance.
