“My DriveSmart 61 says maps are loading but nothing happens. Sometimes says 19 or 23 or 3minutes, sometimes says error loading. Nothing happens? Do you need a micro sd card to allow north american maps to load?”

• No, an SD card isn’t required. We would suggest using the Garmin Express program to check for any map and software updates.
