• Yes - but limited. Bluetooth connected with my Samsung. Notifications are synced. Limited interaction with those notifications, depending on the app it's from.

• It syncs with the Garmin Connect app that is available from Google Play. If you also have apps like Strava you can get it to also pull the training data across. For notifications, once Connect is synced the notifications come up on the watch automatically
