Why won't suction cup stick null

You should try cleaning the suction cup and the mounting area of the windshield with rubbing alcohol, drying both surfaces with a lint-free cloth and applying moisture to the suction cup before placing it on the windshield, this creates a better seal and helps the device stay in place. You have to make sure the suction cup is clean.

Sometimes there is a thin little film covering the cup that goes on the window - remove the film Also, the cup will not stick by itself, you must push the lever on the base to apply suction Hope this helps, if not take it into the store and one of the GREAT customer service agents can see what's wrong
