“Can I sync more than one watch to a device (I have twins) and can multiple alarms be set. For the alarms, can I choose what days of the week I want alarms to go off? Ex, I’m a teacher and would like to set myself 8 alarms a day M-F.”

Garmin Connect mobile would be able to pair with to pair with more than one device, but Garmin Connect Mobile is not designed to track steps from multiple users. The vivofit 3 will allow for one alarm per day.
