Is this compatible with Microsoft Lumina 950? null

It should be compatible, but there are issues. I'm using it with a Windows Phone (Alcatel Idol 4s), and while the Garmin Connect Mobile app installed and works, it won't pair with the Vivosmart. The only way I can consistently upload data from the Vivosmart is on my PC.

I believe it is, but is lacking some support. Check windowscentral.com's forum for the answer.
