The sleep tracker seems to be very accurate. I had a misfit when they first came out and it worked OK, but the Garmin seems to be more accurate.

I set a specific time when I usually sleep, but if I go to bed earlier or later, it seems to be pretty accurate on when I sleep and wake. Also tracks Deep, light, awake times, and shows movement during that time. I look at the data on the "connect" app, unsure if can read the sleep stats off of device. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sleep tracking on the garmin is awesome. It shows amount of time he slept. Weather it was deep sleep or light sleep. And if you woke up at any point during your sleep cycle. I probably check it for my sleep pattern more than I check it for how many steps I didn't day.
