• This device has a built-in optical heart rate sensor that would allow you tor track your heart rate.

• The band will broadcast your heart rate via ANT+. It does not use Bluetooth or BTLE.

• Where the band rests against the top of your wrist on the backside of the display, there is a heart rate sensor that has 4 green lights. It captures the heart rate and you don't need a chest strap.
