My guess is the higher priced VivoActive comes with a Heart Rate Monitoring strap.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The lower price does not include the chest strap. I found this out when I purchased mine on sale for a low price, and then realized I needed to buy the chest strap separately for approx $50-$75. The higher priced ones include the chest strap.
