QuestionCan you use the timer at the same time you are heating food up? Some microwaves do not let you use the timer feature while cooking.

QuestionI brought this brand new unit home today. When I push the door opener under the control pad, it makes a loud high pitched screeching sound, like the edges of the push button (rectangular) are rubbing against the framing. Is this normal? Fixable?

QuestionI have been reading some reviews about problems with setting the time for less than a minute and when does the microwave stop cooking. How would I set the cook time for less than a minute? Also when the microwave beeps, does it stop cooking?

- Answer You set the cook time by pressing 'Time Cook' and then enter the number of seconds. It stops cooking when microwave beeps.
