“I brought this brand new unit home today. When I push the door opener under the control pad, it makes a loud high pitched screeching sound, like the edges of the push button (rectangular) are rubbing against the framing. Is this normal? Fixable?”

In my unit ( a month old) also it makes screeching sound. but it is not loud. May be over the time it will stop! ckapdimd
