QuestionHi, I have no duct, will get later, so until then I want smoke come out from front, can we set this way? what are different options for venting. does all microwave now a days have some standard behavior for vent.

- Answer Yes. You need to take and use a screwdriver to switch the direction of the fan, but it’s all in the instructions.

- Answer Hi Corey - Models JVM3160RF2SS and JVM3160RFSS are the same. When the model is manufactured, the extra number (2) is placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. This number is used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, this is used as an identifier for the specific appliance. QuestionWe just bought this microwave, you cannot see the panel it is very dark, you have to turn on the kitchen light to see the panel. what do we do?

QuestionCan barely see anything through the door of the microwave. I thought it might be a film or cover, but the only inside plastic is stuck on and doesn’t look like it’s supposed to be peeled off. Is this how it’s supposed to be?

- Answer It can be vented to outside through the top or back of the microwave. It can also be configured to circulate the vent out the front. The instructions show how to set it up for either way.

Over-the-range models should be on a dedicated circuit. Require a 120 volt individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3 prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse.
