A:AnswerGlad to asked us the question as the model that was suggested will not work. Please look at the following model PEM31DFWW. If you have your present model on the countertop then you will have no issues. If you have your current model hanging under a cabinet then this will work. Should you have your present model built into a cabinet using an optional built-in trim kit then you will need a new trim kit in addition to the microwave as the old trim kit is not compatible with new model. A:AnswerHello- This is an excellent question. We are happy to help! This model doesn't have a Steam Clean feature but you can easily create steam in your microwave to help you clean. ~Mix 2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of distilled white vinegar into a microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl.
~Place the cup or bowl inside your microwave and heat on high power until the liquid comes to a boil.

When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model and is not interchangeable. The new screws, bolts, and exhaust adapter should also be used.

This model is designed to go over a free-standing or slide in range. ~According to Underwriters Laboratories (UL), which approves appliance installations, you cannot use an over-the-range microwave on the counter or in a shelf. Besides not being approved for this installation, these microwaves don't have feet and are also often slanted (not level) on the bottom. Additionally, if the surface lights or vent fan were to be turned on accidentally, it could cause damage to the shelf or microwave. We recommend looking at our models that offer an under cabinet hanging kit. A:AnswerHi there, we're sorry to hear your popcorn burned. We know what a bummer this can be and how worrisome this is so we're happy to help. The Sensor Features detect the increasing humidity released during cooking. The oven automatically adjusts the cooking time to various types and amounts of food. Based on the information provided, you may have been using Sensor Cooking and you may also just so happen to have to replace your charcoal filter (Filter signal). The light will illuminate after approximately 6 months to alert you to replace the charcoal filter (if used) and
clean/replace the grease filters. You can reset this by pushing and holding the Reset Filter Button for 3 seconds. Also, the Popcorn button section of the owner's manual on page 14 states the following: Follow package instructions, using Cook Time if the package is less than 2.0 ounces or larger than 3.5 ounces.
