• Thank you for checking. Our appliances can be repaired and an authorized service technician can provide you what is needed to make the repair or if would be more cost effective to replace. Hope this helps. The new model will be JVM6175SKSS, JVM9179SKSS or JVM6172SKSS. You will need to use the new mounting bracket for the new model microwave but will fit in the same space.
