“Our LVM1750SM1SS has stopped working. Which current GE model uses the same or similar mounting brackets. I am looking for an easy replacement.”

• Hi there, JeffT - Great question! We found a comparable model that we believe will make a great replacement. We suggest microwave model JVM6175YKFS. When replacing an over-the-range microwave, the mounting bracket included with the new microwave should be used since the mounting bracket is specific to each model. The new screws, bolts, and exhaust adapter should also be used. Thanks for checking! -Mikayla@GEA

• We bought same brand microwave for that reason. We wanted to use the same brackets and not have to redo it all. No such luck. Had to do the whole thing over.
