Hello- Thanks so much for checking with us. We are sorry if you are having an issue with your washer. Our current models will require a technician to remove the agitator. There is something called an agitator puller that is required. Note: Trying to remove the agitator without this tool can cause you to accidentally hit your face from the force of pulling.
