A:AnswerOk so use a letter opener or knife and gently put into slot on vent cover and gently push down to open the door. You need a flat pan to put under it after you have opened it because you need to unplug the water tube and let any existing water drain out and then turn the inside mechanism to pull out the lint trap. Remember yo reinsert the plug on the water line after drained. I would use something like a cookie sheet to hold the water when it comes out.
