QuestionHello, we just received this item, unfortunately the drainage hose is about a foot too short. I saw it cannot be removed and replaced with a universal hose, is there an extension kit available?

QuestionHow do I open the lint trap on the lower right bottom of the unit? I don't want to force it and break something. Thank you!

- Answer Ok so use a letter opener or knife and gently put into slot on vent cover and gently push down to open the door. You need a flat pan to put under it after you have opened it because you need to unplug the water tube and let any existing water drain out and then turn the inside mechanism to pull out the lint trap. Remember yo reinsert the plug on the water line after drained. I would use something like a cookie sheet to hold the water when it comes out.
