Yes usually it comes with Free Installation. They did it for me. However, it looks like it's not available at this time.

Yes, installation is free if you buy it at Best Buy. They charge a fee of 25.00 to haul away your old machine. If you remove your existing machine you won't have to pay anything. However, if you have any plumbing issues that is something you will need to take care of with a plumber.
