Hi JM - Thanks for your interest! Most quilts will wash properly in our front load washers as long as it fits behind the washer tub gasket and is not stuffed into the tub tightly. The thickness, density, and overall size of the quilt should be taken in account when deciding whether to wash it in a washer.
