“We want this set for our 5th wheel. Closet set up, can’t stack, it will go on each end. How long is the hose on the ventless dryer? Wondering if it will be long enough to reach the washer to vent that way, rather than having to remove the water manually.”

On the 27th after we contacted Best Buy, we were told the dryer was cancelled. They had us cancel whole order and rebuy. Delivery was supposed to be Jan 17th. I was informed Tuesday that I was only getting washer. After calling Best Buy (plan on being on hold forever), I was told I probably wouldn't get the dryer. I then called the Dubuque store. I couldn't get them to answer the phone at all. I then picked out a different dryer to be delivered in Feb. I went to BB to do this. Here is the kicker. In Dec they gave me a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. Well yesterday I lost that gift card. They added it to my bill. Same thing happened with the $75 card I got on Dec 3rd. I ended up owing them around $50. Not a happy camper! Also while in the store, the customer service representative gave me her card with her number that SHE said would be answered in Dub. That was not true either. I called them when I got home. After about 25 minutes the phone was answered somewhere else. I used to love BB. Sorry about venting about my ventless dryer.
