“The shelves are bowing down and the bottom drawers will not open well. What is the loading max lbs for the few shelves in this unit. Is there any way to add additional shelves to ease the load on the glass shelves”

Hello J - We are sorry to hear about the shelf issue in your freezer. We'll be happy to help. The shelf weight limit is approximately 75 lbs on upper shelves and 100 lbs on the lowest shelf. The part number for new shelves is WR71X27252. However, there are limited positions inside the case to place the shelving. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John@GEA
