Hello and this is usually caused by the appliance either not being level or from unbalanced load. You need to check to make sure washer is level front to back and left to right using a level. You provided us the accessory number for a pedestal and it too has leveling legs that may need adjustment. For unbalanced load you just need to pause the cycle and then lift lid and redistribute the wash inside. Hope this helps. Geoff@GEA
