“Hi, the red light keeps lighting I thought it was a filter problem! So I cleaned the filter as per the instructions, but it still on!! Can you tell me what else could be the problem!! Thank you”

Mine turned on once, I cleaned the filter, and it turned on again so I pressed it, it turned off, and hasn't turned on since.

The indicator light will come on after approximately 240 hours of operation. After cleaning and replacing the air filter, press Filter on the control panel and the light will go off.
