“How do I get this to fit an 18” window? My window width is 18”. How can I make this fit without using side panels? What would I use for the very small space left on each side? Thanks”

• Hi Del - Thanks for viewing GE Model AHP06LZ! Once the unit is in the window, you can fill any gaps with air conditioner foam insulation strips and/or pieces of plywood sold at local retailers, hardware stores or home improvement stores. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com! Sue
