“Jk 3800shss wall oven/micro several web sites including best buy show 2 racks in the pic but some list that you get three & others + best buy don't say -mine when delivered had 2 , called store she went by web Pic said 2. GE site ask question says 3”

Please try again later.I wrote the above - I was letting best buy know that GE answer question on appliances says you are supposed to get 3 oven racks with that model & they are sending me the 3rd. There wasn't enough word allowance when I wrote the above which was to let best buy know you are supposed to get 3 oven racks with jk3800shss - when I called best buy to tell them I only got 2 the woman looked up their specks on line & looked at the picture which showed 2 & never said how many in list other store web sites show 2 in picture & on list says you get three so I went to the GE appliance question site !
