• Hi Louise - Model GUD27EESNWW is equipped with a bleach dispenser. It does not have a fabric softener dispenser. On models with an infusor, add diluted liquid fabric softener during the rinse cycle or use a fabric softener ball. Also, Select Deep Rinse option when adding fabric softener to the washer. • Yes, there is a dispenser bleach but none for fabric softener.
