I would give 0 stars if I could. This machine is trash. I got a defective one in October 2020. I called in December and they told me to unplug and plug back in. That worked for about 2 cycles. So I started calling back in January. I had someone come "fix" my machine in February. My first cycle after it was "fixed," the washing machine burned and destroyed my comforter. So the repair people came back. They told me there were parts of both the washer and the dryer that needed to be completely rebuilt. So they ordered the parts and told me they would call me to schedule a time to come pick up the unit to completely rebuild it. 4 weeks later, and they still hadn't received the parts. At that point I started calling GE directly. After WEEKS of calling and waiting for call backs that never came, we finally convinced them to send us a brand new unit, since that is what I had paid for and never got to truly enjoy. The brand new unit got delivered yesterday and the washer works, but there is some metal object behind the drying that bangs around when I start the dryer, so it is unusable. I have called back and the only solution GE has provided me with is that they will send another brand new unit. Fingers crossed it works this time, because apparently they will not refund your money under any circumstance. Also, every time I tried to call I waited on hold for about 40 minutes before you even get to speak to anyone. The last two times I've called, after a 40 minute wait I get the operator. I immediately ask to speak to a supervisor and "there are no supervisors available right now." They say they will have one call me back and the call never comes. The quality of this product is abhorrent, and the customer service is even worse. I would not recommend GE to my worst enemy.

A horrible third-party delivery service. Don’t expect to receive your appliance on time. It’ll either be damaged or appointment will be rescheduled because something happened. You might as well just go to Lowe’s. They have a better warranty for five years 199. There is no deductible. The appliance was delivered three times damaged. I had to reschedule the delivery and take out of work to be there between that long open window delivery.

This was my only option for stackable since I didn't want the front-loading washer. I like the fact that I can wash more clothes in this one because there is no agitator, but it takes way longer to dry my clothes. I wish it was digital for the price that I paid.

Ease of operation with wonderful results in bringing out the best in my personal laundry for a smaller compact unit with much larger capacity than expected. Best choice for condominiums!

This washer is the loudest one I have ever, ever owned in my life. It cranks, rattles, omg, so loud. Clothes come out wrinkled on delicate cycle, that was very surprising. After drying clothes, wrinkles still remain. The dryer gets too hot on delicate and casual settings. Towels do dry good. I am surprised that in 2021 a washing machine makes that much noise.

It is a space saver. Louder than originally thought. Jams up if you are using a regular load, so you need to always use bulky or heavy load. No time given in manual as to various washing cycles.No softener holder. This directly related to Best Buy ... This Laundry center is a space saver design , which butts it up the back wall and adequate space to run water lines and venting. this never took place, too big of rush to get onto next delivery.

We replaced an old stackable that had run out of juice for this GE stackable. After it was delivered and installed, we loaded it and pushed the buttons. It is NOTHING like the previous generation stackable. We were concerned when it did nothing. Then the tub started moving a little at a time. Then came the jet take off sound. We worried a bit more before it went into full wash / agitate mode. To say it is quite is an understatement. We haven't even mentioned how nice the clothes came out. Then there is the dryer. It is so much more than previous models. As quiet as the washer and the 7 different settings allow us to dry items to perfection.

So far has been working great. This washing machine seems gentler than the unit it replaced (the old-style with center spindle). It's important to use a high-efficiency laundry detergent. I used up my old detergent so it wouldn't go to waste and it would leave white marks on the clothes. The marks came off when I re-rinsed the clothes so no permanent damage done but defeated the water savings. New, high-eff detergent doesn't cause that problem. Dryer works great. I like how it doesn't cook our clothes to death.

This was the only one that would fit our condo and I have to say it hasn’t disappointed. The only reason why I took a star away is it’s kinda noisy once it starts. Not too noisy but my lil daughter says it sounds like a choo choo.

New product. Easy to operate, fit nice into closet. Loaded clothes easy and easy to put in dryer after washing. The clothes were clean.

great for limited spaces. Hold a good size load. Does a great job with the dryer. I own rentals, and have purchased 12 of these. A good buy.

Product is nothing flashy, but it is the only thing that fit in my space and it sure does the job. Cleans my laundry real good. This is the meat and potatoes of laundry machines. Won’t steam treat or press your clothes, but it will get em’ sudsed up, wrung out, and tumble dried.

I carefully read the reviews and the specifications so I felt I knew exactly what I was getting. The opinion proved to be correct. I am very pleased with this washer/dryer combination. Yes, it is noisy. Yes, it awkward to get into the washer but neither bother me and I will quickly get used to any quirks.

Washer dryer stack affordable. Large capacity. Washes well and easy to use.

We have had this unit for a year, and it has been nothing but issues. First, we noticed none of the washer cycles worked, so we called for service under the warrantee. We were told we could only use bulk cycle, and that’s how the machine was to work. All the other cycles, small, eco, drain, they were invalid. Next, all year, no matter what we try, the dryer eats our clothes. Anything with a cord or weak edge is grabbed by the vent in the back and snapped. Now, we noticed lint and debris are being trapped and collected behind the heat vent where it’s not intended to be or can escape. The dryer is also making a clunking noise. We called Best Buy but are out of the year warranty, so we must pay over $100 just for a diagnosis. We are not holding our breath for a solution being offered. $1500, and this thing is nothing but headache after headache.

It's easy to use! And it doesn't make that much of a sound like my old one.

Bought this option so the parents can have it on their floor. Without the center agitator is much larger than expected. Had it 1 month now and love it.
