Hello- Your oven racks are considered self-clean racks so they can stay inside the oven when you are cleaning it. Before cleaning your oven we recommend to prevent streaks from occurring, wipe out the excess grease this will help prevent streaks inside the window. Considering you have a little residue, you could try the steam clean first and if it doesn't help then try the longer self-cleaning process. We hope this helps!
