I am replacing an existing compact washer and dryer. I have a 120 volt plug. I understand the washer is 120. Do I need to install a 220 plug for the dyer?
The washer can plug into the wall socket or dryer? Do I need 2 separate volts?

I am replacing an existing compact washer and dryer. I have a 120 volt plug. I understand the washer is 120. Do I need to install a 220 plug for the dyer?

Hi, there. Thanks for reaching out with your question! You will need a UL rated 120/240V, 30A with 
3 or 4 prongs, and you will need to identify the plug type as per the house receptacle before purchasing line cord.
