Hi there, If there are no lights coming on when you attempt to use your washer, you can check to make sure that you have a proper electrical hookup. If you are using a power chord, you would need a 2 wire plus ground, 120 V, single phase, 60Hz, alternating current. If you have your washer hooked up to a circuit instead, you would need an individual circuit for the washer, properly polarized and grounded 15 or 20 amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse. For more information on electrical requirements, you can look at pg. 22 of your Owner's Manual, here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90576-3.pdf - However, if you have all of the correct electrical requirements met and your unit is still not showing signs of power, you may need to contact our service department for further assistance. You can reach them, should you need to, through this link: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service - We hope that this helped! Thanks so much for your question. -Michael
