“Can I preload water up fairly high and then put stuff like sneakers to soak ?”

• If you want a longer soak period, you could pause the cycle with the lid closed and the water will stay in the tub for 24 hours before being automatically drained away. You'll just press Start again to resume the cycle. -Don@GEAppliances
