Ive had this washer for a little over 3 weeks and it works great. It is a little loud but worth it for how clean my clothes come out. I love that there is a agitator and I love the size of the drum. I have mine set on max water level, extra spin.

I’m really impressed with this washing machine. It’s very easy to use, quiet, and has multiple wash settings that fit all my laundry needs. Clothes come out clean and fresh every time, and the spin cycle does a great job of removing excess water, so drying takes less time. The size is perfect for both small and large loads, and the design feels modern and sturdy. Definitely worth the purchase—highly recommend!

I originally bought a LG set from Sam’s and it was defective… so I went back to where I have always purchased my electronics for years. BEST BUY!!! GE is known for having top products that my family and I have purchased for years! I love the simple turn knobs. I don’t like the new electric push butttons because if they fail you would need a tech to come out to fix it. I simply wanted a wachine machine with knobs I can turn not push. I didn’t want a glass top because things drop on them. I wanted the old style washing machine and I found it! The machine is only loud the first time. I myself love to hear my clothes washing. The machine quiets down also if the bottom is adjusted properly to even the washer on the floor. I love the new style also. I purchased it for $521.99 and so grateful to catch the sale. It allowed me to at least try it on a budget but it’s a keeper!! This is THE ABSOLUTE BEST WASHER EVERRRRRR!!!!!

So far so good. I love that I can open the machine without it locking me out. It holds a lot more laundry than my previous washer of the same dimensions. The quick wash is faster and cleans as well as the quick wash on my old machine. My only minor complaint is that I wish I could add “power” and add extra “soak” on the same load, but it makes you pick one or the other. All in all, a great washing machine for the price.

We bought this washing machine to replace a 12 yr old Samsung. At first, I had planned to purchase another Samsung. Once we read reviews, we realized people were having the same balancing issue we had at 11 yrs at 1-2 yrs into ownership. I researched extensively and ultimately wanted a washing machine with an agitator. This machine had that, was affordable, and had the main functions I wanted. It is not “fancy” and high tech like the Samsung, but I actually like it better after owning it for 9 months. It’s been reliable and really cleans my clothes well! I can fit a king size mattress easily or tons of clothes with no problem. I’m hoping it will last us 10 yrs. I will stick with this brand as long as it continues to clean well and be efficient.

This General Electric machine is simply so amazing it has new. Features then my old machine General Electric machine love this machine I also brought a cover for it to help keep it clean this machine so amazing easy to use is smaller than my old machine but it’s wider has a deeper for you can fit more clothes to wash and is quiet than my old machine I love it.

Great washer cleaner clothes easy to use large load if needed

After 14 years and many repairs we replaced our old Sears GE with what is the modern version. I like the metal hinges. Many people complain about the noise but my old one sounded like an airplane, this one makes half the noise and since is in the laundry room we close the door and doesn’t bother us. So far so good.

Rated 1 out of 5 stars The WORST washer we've EVER HAD !!! This washer is terrible. Not only is it incredibly loud compared to other washers we've owned but it squeaks and sounds like it going to fall apart ! Sometimes the clothes aren’t cleaned good like my old washer that I had for TWENTY years The worse part is it ends up in the middle of the laundry room floor !! (See photo). Only showing one picture but it happens frequently. It tore through the door of the laundry room where it was enclosed and messed up the door! Losing balance frequently and Best Buy was TERRIBLE and NO help . Sent us to the manufacturer who came out and told up to only leave it on autofill and it would help . WHAT are the other settings there for then??? Left on autofill but Didnt help much at all and now I’m stuck with this horrible, expensive washer !! Do not waste your money on the piece of junk and I will not buy from Best Buy again . Terrible customer service should have chosen Amazon or another company I guess . and I guess I will call the manufacturer out AGAIN and waste more time dealing with this washer . Beyond disappointing!!! Now I’m stuck with this thing !!

The delivery was done very easily installed my washer and took the old. I did have to call the delivery person back because I unbalanced the washer when I tried to put the hamper back between the washer and dryer. I called delivery person back and he told me I had to reschedule another delivery. So I called back and had no problem rescheduling. A delivery person came back and put the hamper back in place and readjusted my washer. Everyone was very helpful. I was totally impressed by there kindness and quickness very satisfied with the service.
