“Just had this delivered and washed my first load of clothes. Unloading them I noticed the agitator is loose. Is it supposed to be? I can lift it up and down and it spins on its own if I turn it”

• The agitator is designed to be slightly loose. This wobble allows the agitator to flex with the clothes when washing heavy loads, which helps protect clothing. The agitator does not need to be tightened; this is normal. -Don@GEAppliances
