Hi bashbul- Thanks for reaching out to us! The basket is slightly angled towards the back of the unit. This is normal. During the cycle, you should not see a lot of water splashing on the door since the clothes and water favor the rear of the unit. The washer has automatic load redistribution. Timer adds 3 minutes to cycle for each rebalance. 11 or 15 rebalances may be done. This is normal operation. Do nothing; the machine will finish the wash cycle. For reference, view page 20 of the Owner's Manual at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90583-1.PDF - Also, keep the filter clean for proper operation. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My washer is only a month old so hopefully it can last as my previous for 11yrs. Anyway, try checking the filter at the bottom of the washer and remove the debris make sure you get a big pan and drain water from the hose prior to this. And try it again if the problem persists it could be your drain pump assembly and I would call a technician for this.
