Is washer supposed to have water remaining under the tub that you can hear sloshing around long after a load is finished?
Also sometimes water leaks onto finished load when retrieving washed items. Is this normal?

Hello. We appreciate you reaching out and hate to hear you have a concern with water in the tub; we know this must have been concerning. If no water is visible in the basket but you hear a "sloshing water" sound, the washer's balance ring is most likely making the sound. The balance ring allows the basket to spin smoothly during an out-of-balance situation and sloshing is a normal sound. Water leaking onto the load may be the result of oversudsing - making sure the proper amount of detergent is used will often resolve this.
