We have purchased the GTW465. The results with the washer are less than desired when cleaning white baseball pants that are soiled/grass stained, no matter what cycles and settings we use. How do we max out the washers ability to get these pants clean??? null

For information on getting heavy stains out of clothing, we recommend looking at the Use and Care manual. This will guide you through the appropriate setting for each item.

We also suggest making sure you are using the correct laundry detergent, as this could also be a factor. This information can be found in the Use and Care manual as well (page 15).

Have you tried using an oxi-clean product?
