As we brought the washer into the house, water leaked out of the drain opening when we tipped it coming through the door. This is supposed to be a new machine. Why would there be water in it? null

Therefore, the washer may have a small amount of water in the tub when they reach the home. If the product is tilted severely or turned upside down, this water may spill. We hope this helps! I believe they use machine at factory to make sure it is in working order.
