How deep is the tub? I'm short and need shallow tub. null

This does not have a shallow tub. I can't imagine any 4.5 cubic foot washer having a shallow tub.

My girlfriend is 5'0" and she's able to get down to the bottom of it. I don't know with what degree of difficulty though.

It is really deep. I'm about 5 ft tall and I have to stand on my tippy toes to get socks out of the bottom. I always joke that I could literally fall in but it isn't something that bothers or annoys me.

I'm 5'4" and I have to really stretch to get the clothes out of the bottom. If you are shorter, then probably not the washer for you.
