“Please help my GE washer top loader model #GTW680BSJ5WS completely fills up with water then it immediately drains the water without agitating and reads "H2O SUPPLY". Water valves are on with new HE hoses. Is there a way to calibrate or reset this washer?”

Hi Chawee - Thanks for reaching out to us! If the washer fills and fills but never starts to agitate, make sure the drain hose is raised to 30" high.
