“My GTW680BSJWS washer, two months old, is out of balance most loads. The machine makes a lot of noise, shakes, and I have to pause it to rearrange the clothes. I am very careful about putting the clothes evenly in the washer. Any suggestions?”

Did you check that the washer itself is level. You may need level tool. We had to carefully and repeatedly calibrate our machine's level to get the optimum result. Did they even level the machine on delivery/installation. That should be part of install service.

If the washer is walking, vibrating, shaking, or moving, make sure the shipping material was removed. There will be either a shipping rod, Styrofoam shipping material, or cardboard base and cardboard cone. Consult your Installation Instructions for removal of the shipping material. If it was removed prior to sliding into place, it can cause the washer to be noisy and vibrate.Make sure the washer is level. The washer needs to be level and sitting on a good, solid floor. The more the legs are extended, the shakier the washer will be during operation. Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more so you will need to stop the machine and redistribute the load as you described.
